Reclaiming safety as a survivor can feel impossible, but there are many people and organizations whose job it is to support people like you.

Below are a number of national resources and helplines you can contact 24/7 for mental health support and/or crisis intervention. 

Asking for help is an important and difficult first step, and we hope that these resources will help you feel seen, safe, validated, and supported.

Love is Respect offers 24/7 information, support, and advocacy to young people ages 13-26 who have questions or concerns about their romantic relationships.

Report negative police interaction, receive crisis counseling. Prioritizes BIPOC callers and uses an LGBTQ+ Black Femme Lens.
